COOKING CLASSES
We’ve been offering homestyle cooking classes featuring Japanese wellness foods since 2014, with over 2,000 participants from Japan and abroad. We share a number of original recipes that make use of Japanese fermented foods.
GLOBAL EVENTS
We host events worldwide where people can experience and taste Japanese wellness foods. To date, our bento- and miso-making events have been very well-received in Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.
PRODUCTS
We work directly with makers across Japan to source and produce original products made from carefully-selected ingredients, using traditional methods, without any additives. Vegan, halal and gluten-free options also available.

Enzyme Brown Rice

Traditional Speciality Miso
This miso is produced using only local ingredients (soybeans, salt, and koji) in a 150-year-old brewery that prides itself on handcrafted, wood-barrel fermentation. Healthy Agar Dessert
This dessert is made using only simple ingredients, including: agar – jelly-like substance derived from algae – white and brown sugar, and adzuki beans. Agar is high in dietary fiber and low in calories, making it an ideal healthy and vegan-ok dessert for those on a diet. (From Awaji Island, Hyogo)
